Marinated eggplant slices with tahini
Ingredients
Sliced eggplant
Olive oil
Dried parsley
Cajun spices
Salt
Black pepper
Yoghurt
3 tablespoons milk
Lemon juice
Tahini
Mustard
Pomegranate molasses
Recipe instruction
Sauce: yogurt, 3 tablespoons milk, lemon juice, tahini, mustard and pomegranate molasses
Season eggplant slices with (olive oil, dried parsley, Cajun spices, salt and black pepper)
Then we put it in a greased pan with oil
Arrange the eggplants in the serving dish and then place the sauce on top of the eggplant
