Rice with chicken
Ingredients
Two cups of Shaalan rice
Chicken thighs
Onion
Ginger
Garlic
Lemon
Olive
Freshly chopped coriander
Coriander powder
Turmeric
Black pepper
Salt
Cumin
Wild thyme
Recipe instruction
Season the chicken thighs with olive oil, ginger, garlic, lemon, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin, black pepper, salt and wild thyme.
In a frying pan, put olive oil and chicken thighs, add 1/4 cup chicken broth, and cook the chicken until done
Saute onions with oil, garlic, fresh chopped coriander, salt, turmeric, cumin and chicken stock cube.
Soak a cup of rice for 30 minutes, then drain it and add it
For each cup of Al-Shaalan rice 3 cups of hot water
After the rice absorbs the water, put the chicken and leave it on a low heat for 25 minutes
