Ingredients
1/ cup of rice.
Chicken thighs.
1\ tablespoon starch.
Pinch of salt and black pepper.
Chicken Sauce:
1/ tablespoon of brown sugar.
Pinch of garlic powder.
1/ small spoon of shatta or sumatra.
1/2 small spoon vinegar.
1/ small spoon of olive oil.
1/ tablespoon of sweet soy sauce.
1/ small spoonful of soy sauce

1/ cup of rice , soaked in warm water for half an hour , marinating the chicken thighs with a pinch of salt , black pepper and a tablespoon of starch , transfer the thighs and keep them on the side , 50 full of water and let the mixture boil for a minute on the fire , pour the sauce mixture over the fried chicken and leave on one side until it absorbs Sauce, in a saucepan, a tablespoon of butter and a pinch of salt, then drain the rice and put it and add for each cup of Al Shaalan rice 2 cups of hot water , leave the rice until the water absorbs and leave it on a low heat for 25 minutes and good luck.
