Chicken Masala Rice with Al-Shalan Basmati

1. In a pot, melt the butter and sauté the diced onion until soft and fragrant
2. Add garlic, ginger, and the cinnamon stick, then stir for a minute until aromatic.
3. Add the chicken pieces, turmeric, salt, garam masala paste, and the bouillon cube. Mix well.
4. Cook the chicken until lightly browned and infused with the spices
5. Meanwhile, soak the Al-Shalan rice in water for 30 minutes, then drain
